New year approaches, new projects, new meaning to create. In 2024, I began working on my first long-form personal project, one I plan to release this coming year. This work holds immense personal significance, not only because it’s been a labor of love and a long-held dream but also for what it has unexpectedly revealed. As I poured myself in, other ideas came out—possibilities I didn’t see from the start. What began as a single spark has become the core in which many ideas now orbit. Said differently, idea one is no longer the destination but the starting point for a body of work I hope to build over the coming years. Perhaps this is a nudge for you: start with one idea and see where it leads.
What you’re reading now is one of those offshoots—a new way for me to create something to share with friends. It’s a small experiment in curation, a public scratchpad of sorts, shared regularly. For now, it’s simply released to you—my friends—in the hope that it offers something worthwhile. Those who receive it are those who understand me best and those who I’d like to give something back to more often.
